Indian visa regime asked to liberalize

Bangladesh on Thursday stressed the need for liberalised Indian visa regime during a meeting between its Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque and his Indian counterpart Sujatha Singh as they discussed key bilateral issues including long-pending Teesta water-sharing agreement. “All bilateral issues - trade and investment opportunities between the two countries, border management, security, water issues and need for improved connectivity  in the regional context were discussed,” official sources said here said. passport-bd-india
