The CSE-50 index has been revised on the basis of performance of the CSE-listed companies. The new index had been effective from July 30, 2015. CSE 50 index is reviewed twice in a year.
The new companies which have been included are ACI Limited and Lafarge Surma Cement Limited. On the
other hand British American Tobacco BD Limited and Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited were excluded from the previous list.
