The 145th meeting of Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of
Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited was held at the Board Room of the Bank recently.
Alhajj Abdus Salam, Vice Chairman of the Committee presided over the meeting. The meeting reviewed overall business performance of the Bank.
Members of the Committee Alhajj Md. Harun-Ar-Rashid Khan, Alhajj Niaz Ahmed, Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman, Company Secretary Md. Mofazzal Hossain and Deputy Managing Director Muhammad Mahmoodul Hoque were present in the meeting.
