The 273rd meeting of the Board of Directors re-assigned him as the Chairman unanimously on 31/03/2015. According to the decision of the meeting Chairman Mr. Badiur Rahman will continue his responsibilities for the period until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank is held.
