This idea was initiated on February, 2014 when Shwapno outlets in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet asked children to come up with the paintings on ‘Paint your dream’. Around 3,500 paintings were received from children not above 12 years of age. These 3,500 paintings were sorted into 3 different groups and finally 9 best paintings were selected by the judges for recognition.

Sabbir Hasan Nasir, Executive Director of ACI Logistics Ltd has said on this event; “Every child of this country has different perceptions and dreams about our dear motherland. ‘Shwapno Ako’ was the platform where we encouraged every child to paint their dreams with the bold stroke of brush and playful vibrant colors.

We hope we will be able to organize such initiative every year and give our future generation the opportunity to paint their future Bangladesh.”
