Survey at sub-registry offices from next year
The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has initiated a move to scrutinize the proper use of Electronic Tax Identification Number (ETIN) while buying or selling of flats and land as well as to ascertain the actual value of those.

Light Engineering product of 2020
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today inaugurated the 25th Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF), announcing the “Light Engineering” as the “Product of the Year” for 2020.
“As a part of export policy, we are declaring “Light Engineering” as the product of 2020 aimed at encouraging the product based export while we are calling for more investment,” she said, reports BSS.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) today approved a charge sheet against former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha and 10 others in a graft case.
