Bangladesh is moving forward

The opening of a new pharmacy dedicated to enriching the lives of the poor and selling only genuine quality medicines is good news in any part of the world.

Chief Guest Muhammad Mahbubul Haq, Secretary of the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh officially opened one such pharmacy, Fast Care, in Banasree this week.

Guest of honour, anti corporal punishment crusader, Sir Frank Peters, said: “I’m proud there are people like Fast Care pharmacy proprietor Tarek Al Mamun who are safe-guarding the interests of the people, especially the disadvantaged; selling only from government regulated certified manufacturers, and refusing to stock alleged medicines of questionable content, just for a quick buck. This is a sure indication that Bangladesh is moving forward in the right direction.”
