SAWES holds Public-Private Dialogue in city

The South Asia Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium (SAWES), with support from the U.S. Department of State and The Asia Foundation, organized a Public-Private Dialogue on the “State of access to finance by women entrepreneurs” on Monday, September 7, 2015, at The Daily Star Center. The Public Private Dialogue (PPD) was focus on the status of implementation of the Government’s access to finance commitments for women entrepreneurs through two sessions: 1) Government oversight of its financial access commitments for women entrepreneurs; and 2) Enabling environment for female staff and women entrepreneurs in financial institutions.
