CSE-50 index revised
The CSE-50 index has been revised on the basis of performance of the CSE-listed companies. The new index will be effective from 16 September, 2018. CSE 50 index is reviewed twice in ayear. The new companies which have been included areBBS CABLES LIMITED, IFAD AUTOS LIMITED, SINGER BANGLADESH LIMITED and THE PREMIER BANK LIMITED. On the other hand, AB BANK LTD.,DHAKA ELECTRIC SUPPLY CO. LTD., MEGHNA PETROLEUM LIMITED and MUTUAL TRUST BANK LIMITED were excluded from the previous list. No more contract charges for trading at CSE
The Board of Directors of the Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. (CSE) in its meeting held on today (27 June, 2018) decided to remove the Contract Charge from its current fees structure and theexisting commission charge has been reviewed to a flat 0.023%.
