Fareast Finance & Investment Ltd has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been adjourned. The meeting will be held on February 11, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2014. AS per half yearly unaudited report of Western Marine Shipyard, profit of the company after tax from July’14 to Dec’14 was Tk. 106.04 million with EPS of Tk. 0.88 as against Tk. 75.52 million and Tk. 1.00 (restated) respectively for the same period of the previous year.  Whereas profit after tax from Oct14 to Dec14 was Tk. 52.50 million with EPS of Tk. 0.44 as against Tk. 42.77 million and Tk. 0.57 (restated) respectively for the same period of the previous year.
