Bangladesh advances responsible AI agenda thru’ multi-partner cooperation

Bangladesh has taken a significant step in shaping its national approach to responsible usage of AI with the launch of the AI Readiness Assessment Methodology (RAM) Report, a collaborative effort led by the ICT Division with support from UNESCO, UNDP, a2i and funding from the European Union.
Unveiled in Dhaka, the report provides a comprehensive national picture of Bangladesh’s readiness to adopt AI in ways that protect rights, promote inclusion and strengthen public institutions. It follows months of consultations with government agencies, technical experts, academia, private-sector organisations and civil society.

ICT policy reform planned to boost digital economy
