The CSE50 Index has been reviewed and revised based on the performance of the CSE-listed companies. The new index will be effective from November 11, 2025. The CSE50 Index is reviewed twice a year.
Key information of CSE50 Index:
- 72.74% of the full market capitalisation as on June 30, 2025, of all stocks listed at CSE
- 70.98%of free-float market capitalisation as on June 30, 2025, of all stocks listed at CSE
- 49.12% Average daily Turnover in the past 6 months, ending June 30, 202,5, of all stocks listed at CSE
The new companies which have been included are BEACON PHARMACEUTICALS PLC, MARICO BANGLADESH LIMITED and MUTUAL TRUST BANK PLC. On the other hand, EXPORT IMPORT BANK OF BD PLC., FIRST SECURITY ISLAMI BANK PLC. and SOCIAL ISLAMI BANK PLC. have been excluded from the previous list.
