Recently Dettol, worlds no 1 antiseptic Brand, held a unique and engaging contest called the “Mom & Me Selfie Contest. Dettol is the trusted champion of health because of its heritage and efficacy and has always talked about family protection and acknowledged the ultimate protector of the family – The Moms.
On the “Mother’s Day”, Dettol came up with a unique idea to acknowledge all the ultimate protectors “The Moms” by a unique campaign hosted on the Dettol Bangladesh Facebook page titled “Dettol Mom & Me Selfie Contest” where the participants had to share a selfie with their mother and tell us why their mother is the best mom.
Winners were chosen from over hundreds of participants based on their description about their mother and the picture. Top three winners won an attractive mobile handset and exclusive gift hampers for the top 10 participants. The Prize Giving ceremony for the Dettol Mom & Me Selfie Contest was held at Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh Ltd. office. Faria Yasmin, Cluster Marketing Manager, Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh-Sri Lanka Cluster and Syed Md Zubair Parvez, Senior Brand Manager, were present to give away the prizes to 13 lucky winners.
