Robi is going to launch Dhonnobad- a customer loyalty program tomorrow. This is an exclusive loyalty program for Robi customers. Through this campaign, Robi wants to reward its loyal customers for staying with Robi over the years.

This program is for all Robi customers, though facilities will vary based on customers’ usage pattern. From someone who has been with Robi for a long time to someone who just joined the Robi family in recent times – everyone will enjoy benefits of this program as a token of gratitude.
Under this loyalty program, Robi has categorized its subscribers into 6 unique tiers based on their usage pattern and stay on Robi network. Depending on the categorization, every eligible Robi subscriber will be rewarded with discounts and services in partner outlets, priority services in Robi WIC/ Call Center, and surprise offers. In order to know about Robi subscribers’ status under this program, Robi customers need to type CAT in the message option and send it to 1213.
