Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) organised its 12th Annual General Meeting recently on a virtual platform.
Professor Md. Kamal Uddin, PhD, Director of IBBL and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBCML, presided over the meeting. Among the directors of IBCML was Md. Joynal Abedin, director, Muhammad Qaisar Ali, and Md. Ashraful Haque, FCA, CFO of IBBL, and among the shareholders were Md. Altaf Hossain, Deputy Managing Director, and G. M. Mohd. Gias Uddin Quader, Senior Executive Vice President of IBBL, Md. Saleh Iqbal, Mohammad Abdur Rahim, FCA, Managing Director and CEO of IBCML, and Abu Syed Md. Nahid, FCS, Company Secretary of IBCML, among others, attended the AGM.
The meeting unanimously approved the financial statements of IBCML for the year ended December 31, 2021, and a 7% cash dividend for the shareholders.
