Lamudi, a recently launched online portal for real estate in Bangladesh signed a contract with two of the biggest real estate developers of Bangladesh BTI and Green Delta housing.
The partnership aims at the fast paced growth of real estate industry in line with the demand of the country as the population continues to grow and search for home is rapidly rising. As the economy is also more and more in the positive side many are looking for commercial space to start own business, said a press release.
Lamudi Bangladesh Director Ambareenreza said in a recent press conference, “The experience from developing Lamudi in several markets globally has enabled us to become the best real estate website in Bangladesh within a short time.”
BTI and Green Delta are constructing high standard apartment buildings in several areas of Dhaka, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Kuakata, Comilla, Khulna, Barisal and other areas of Bangladesh to meet the demand of the rising population and bringing the housing sector of the country to a whole new level.
Under construction or already built apartments and office spaces from these developers can be found in Lamudi with detailed information such as area, price, size, facilities, number of bed, baths and so on. Both buyers and sellers can now enjoy a more easy, comfortable and reliable way of doing business.
People are greatly responding to these kinds of online businesses as the internet growth is significantly rising. Recently the 3G and 3.5G network was also introduced by almost all mobile phone operators in Bangladesh. So, more and more people started to use mobile internet. This indicates that the real estate business is going to be much more online focused in the upcoming days, the release added.
