Omera Petroleum Ltd. (OPL), a subsidiary of MJL Bangladesh Ltd., has brought Omera LP Gas in Bangladesh considering the high demand of the customers. Ensuring the users easy accessibility, usability and safety, OPL started their LPG venture in Bangladesh.
The new LPG cylinders are entirely manufactured ensuring international standard using European technology through automated machine. The cylinders comes in three different types with the capacity of 5.5 kg, 12 kg and 35 kg and available in two different colors- Lemon Yellow and Glossy Gray.
To ensure uninterrupted distribution throughout the country OPL established European standard bottling and storage facilities in Mongla, Ghorashal, Bogura and Mirasharai with the capacity of 1 lakh metric ton. In addition to that, OPL has the largest bottling and storage plant in the country.
To avoid the heavy traffic, for the first time ever OPL also initiated LPG barge in Bangladesh to ensure easy transportation. This barge is built with the combined Japanese and European technology which also has latest GPS and Navigation system.
To ensure product quality Omera Petroleum has their own Cylinder manufacturing factory in Habiganj. Omera LPG maintains the highest international LP Gas quality control standard DOT4BA240 and DOT4 WBA240. This is also approved by the Explosive Bureau of the Government of Bangladesh. This is the largest LPG cylinder manufacturing factory in the country with the capacity of 500,000 cylinders.
