The 1015th meeting of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited was held on February 28, 2015 at its Boardroom, Head office, Dhaka. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank presided over the meeting.
Board of Directors of the Bank approved the Balance Sheet for 31 December-2014. It also recommended for 10% Cash Dividend.
It further decided that the bank’s 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 9.00 A.M. at PSC Convention Hall, Police Staff College, Mirpur-2014, Dhaka.
Directors’ of Pubali Bank Moniruddin Ahmed, Syed Moazzem Hussain, Monzurur Rahman, Ahmed Shafi Choudhury, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Azizur Rahman, Mrs. Rumana Sharif, Independent Director Khurshid-ul-Alam, Alternate Director Md. Abdur Razzak Mondol, Managing Director Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Safiul Alam Khan Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pubali Bank Sayeed Ahmed FCA and General Manager & Company Secretary Md. Sayeed Sikder were also attended in the meeting.
