Pubali Bank Limited has received the Financial Branding Award by Centre for Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRB) for its outstanding contribution to the Financial Branding of Bangladesh abroad.
This award has been given at a closing ceremony of World Conference Series-2014 on NRB Talent, Investment and Remittance for Development. Centre for NRB organized a ceremony on this occasion at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in city recently.
Managing Director & CEO of Pubali Bank Limited Helal Ahmed Chowdhury received the award from State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md. Shahriar Alam.
Governor of Bangladesh Bank Dr. Atiur Rahman, Deputy Chief of US Embassy in Bangladesh David Mili, Additional Director (Research) of Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) Dr. Khondaker Golam Moazzem, Former Commerce Secretery Sohel Ahmed Chowdhury, Former Finance Secretery Siddiqur Rahman Chowdhury and President of BGMEA Md. Atiqul Islam were present as guests at the award giving ceremony while MS Shekil Chowdhury, Chairperson of the Centre for NRB presided over.
