CSE reviewed the performances of the listed companies for inclusion in CSE-30 Index and finalized the results of the half-yearly review of CSE Indices as per the set criteria.
The Regulatory Affairs Division of CSE approved a list of 30 constituents for the CSE-30 index for the upcoming period of 6 months. According to the review, 7 new constituents were included in the CSE-30 replacing the earlier ones.

It may be mentioned here that CSE-30 Index is a well diversified stock index accounting for 18 sectors of the economy. This index is created by selecting 30 stocks among the listed stocks in CSE.
CSE-30 stocks represent about 15.11% of the total paid-up capital and 31.63% of total free float market capitalization of listed companies in CSE as on 7th September, 2014.
It may be mentioned that the Base Date of the index is 30th December 1999 with a Base Index of 1000.
