Robi new Customer Experience Center in Chittagong

Robi Axiata Limited, country’s fastest growing mobile operator, has opened a new Customer Experience Center in the commercial hub of the port city to make it more convenient for its subscribers. The new center is located at BM Heights in Agrabad commercial area and will start operations on 1st October 2014.

Robi.jpgThe new customer Experience Center has several unique features which include a special service counter for female customers and a Game Zone for children to allow customers (visiting with children) a stress free service environment. Besides, a dedicated counter will serve senior citizens. Existing and potential corporate customers (along with priority users) will be entertained with fast tracked services through a corporate zone.

Customers can also experience Robi’s 3.5G data network through the free internet browsing facility available in the Internet Zone. Moreover, the Information Zone will contain all information materials on Robi’s attractive products and services. With vastly increased space (6150 sft), this Robi Experience Center is designed to ensure maximum customer interaction and satisfaction.

Commenting on the inauguration of the experience center, Chief Operating Officer of Robi Axiata Limited, Mahtabuddin Ahmed, said that “As a customer-centric company, customer satisfaction is our first priority.
