Robi recharge service through ATM Machines

Robi Axiata Limited, a leading telecom operator, signed an agreement with IT Consultants Ltd. (ITCL) to introduce mobile phone recharge service through ATM machines.

Through availing this unique service account holders of Trust Bank and Jamuna Bank using ATM cards can recharge any Robi pre-paid numbers. Bill payment of post-paid numbers will also be included in a few weeks. The service is designed to ensure a new customer friendly experience while providing a secured platform to recharge against their Robi numbers.

2Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, Robi Axiata Limited and Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Ph.D, Managing Director & CEO from ITCL signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Supun Weerasinghe, MD & CEO of Robi Axiata Limited was present on the occasion.

Commercial launch of the service is scheduled to commence on 16th December 2014. Initially Trust Bank and Jamuna Bank account holders will be able to avail this service. It is expected that this service will soon be available for account holders of other leading commercial banks.
