Robi Axiata Limited, a leading mobile phone company of the country, has simplified its International Roaming Service. The Company disclosed this development at a press conference held at Hotel Westin, Dhaka, on Tuesday.
In this Press Conference, Robi’s Chief Operating Officer, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed said that, with the growing economy, a large number of Bangladeshis are travelling abroad for Business, visit and Medical Treatment. In order to facilitate them to stay connected with Bangladesh we have simplified our Roaming Service by allowing them freedom to choose any operator in any of the 100 countries with a single rate for each country. He also added that we are confident that our subscribers will find our unique service offering the best solution for their friendly mobile lifestyle.
As part of Press, Mr. Nobel also explained that Robi now offers simple and affordable rates in 100 countries. Rather than having to select any particular operator/ Operators. In addition, Robi is also offering daily data roaming pack in 72 countries. To avail the offer, Robi Customers need to subscribe to Robi’s Roaming Service and dial *140*10*3# for free.
Robi is the only operator in the country for this service.
