Robi has launched a new VAS campaign whereby Robi subscribers can meet the pace sensation, Rubel. The campaign will run from April 21 to May 11, 2015.
‘Meet & Greet with Rubel’ is an SMS based quiz campaign. Robi users need to subscribe with Follo service for Rubel to take part in the quiz campaign. They have to type START RUBEL and send to 28777 to subscribe. Then the registered users will get confirmation message, celebrity update and a question related to Rubel Hossain.
They have to answer the question by sending A or B to 28777. Following correct answer to a question another question will appear. For every correct answer the subscriber will get 1 point besides the participants of the campaign will get 2 points for subscribing for this campaign. Contestants scoring 200 points in a day will get a replica National Cricket team jersey. The subscribers can check points scored by them for free by sending SCORE to 28777.
The contestants who score 2500 points or beyond during the campaign will get the opportunity to meet the pace sensation, take photos, get autographs and have a buffet dinner with him.
The subscribers have to pay 2.30 taka per day for regular Follo service and get daily 3 to 4 SMS updates from Rubel. Additionally, they have to pay 2.30 taka per quiz-question.
