A function of self-composed poems and recitation tittled ‘Shishire Kabitar Spondon’ was organized by Ghasful, a media house on 7 february ’15, Saturday evening at the prenisses of Sanskriti Bikash Kendro.
Top poets of the city met at a function ‘Shishire Kabitar Spondon’ organised by Gashful, a media house on 7 February ’15, Saturday evening at the premises of Sanskriti Bikash Kendro, Paribagh, Dhaka. 
Presided over by Mahbub Talukdar, the function was started by introductory speech of Ata Sarkar, Internationally renowned economist and Banlga Academy awarded biography writer Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman addressed. Journaslist poet Bazlur Raihan presented the Keynote paper. Poet Anwara Syed Huq, Mahbub Sadik, Habibullah Siraji, Mashuk Choudhury, Faruq Mahmud, Bimal Guha, Nasir Ahmed, Jafrul Ahsan, Iqbal Aziz, Alamgir Reza Choudhury, Hasan Hafiz, Golam Kibria Pinu, Farid Ahmed Dulal, Aslam Sani, Farid Kabir, Bilu Kabir, Zharna Rahman, Minar Mansur, Rezauddin Stalin, Maruf Raihan, Chanchal Ashraf, Aniket Shamim, Shelly Naz, Junan Nashit & Parvin Akter readout self composded poems at the function, while Afroza Parvin, Ferdous ara Kabita and Kamrul Ahsan recited, The function was anchored by Rabia Sultana Panna & Mahmudul Hasan Rubel.
