February 27, Dhaka: The State University of Bangladesh (SUB) celebrated the Freshers' Reception "Meet and Greet 2025" for the students of the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters with great enthusiasm. The event, held on Thursday (February 27) morning, was presided over by the Vice-Chancellor (Designate), Professor Dr. Md. Akhtar Hossain Khan. The event was graced by the presence of the distinguished poet, essayist, journalist, and editor of the daily Jugantor, Abdul Hai Shikdar, as the Chief Guest. Dr. Suchorita Ahmed, a member of the Board of Trustees, attended as a Special Guest.
