On 31st January, 2017 the 444th board meeting was held in the board room of BHBFC. Sheikh Aminuddin Ahmed, Chairman, Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.

Jalal Uddin, Joint Secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance; Shams Al Mujahid, Joint Secretary, Bank & Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance and Debasish Chakrabarty, Managing Director, BHBFC attended the meeting.
The Board gave floral greetings to Debasish Chakrabarty, the newly appointed Managing Director and bade farewell to Dider Md. Abdur Rob, the former Managing Director.
