The glorious 50 years anniversary festival that is golden jubilee of Ideal School and College, Motijheel, one of the important School of Bangladesh inaugurated formally on 4th April, 2015.
Civil aviation & tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon was present as the chief guest. Mr. Saber Hossain Chowdhury MP, President of Inter Parliamentary Union, A.K.M. Rahmatullah MP, Shirin Naim 
Punom, MP of reserve Woman MP of National Parliament and Exim Bank Founder Director Nurul Fazal Bulbul were present as the special guest.
The occasion was arranged jointly by Ideal School & College & Old Ideal Association Principal Shahanara Begum & 50 Years Anniversary observance Committee chairman Golam Ashraf Talukder, 50 Years Anniversy Committee General Secretary old Ideal Association Kazi Rajib Uddin Ahmed Chapal was present. On the occasion print & electronic Media journalists were also present.
50 Years Anniversary festivals was held at the ground of Ideal School & College, Motijheel, Dhaka. The arrangement of the Festival is completed under the joint initiative of School authority and Ideal school ex-student Organization, old Ideal.
In this occasion 14 bases ex-students from 37 participated in the festival. Ex-meritorious student & Ex-teachers of the school are given citation. On the occasion dance, songs & Paper show including cultural functions are arranged. In the function nearly four thousand crowd were present. Singers Bappa Majumder & Kona presented songs and Brand group presented their performance.
