Airtel, City Bank join hands to enrich customer experience

Airtel Bangladesh Ltd, one of the fastest growing mobile service providers of the country signed an agreement with the City Bank Ltd at the corporate office of Airtel in the city on Wednesday.

 Rajnish Kaul, Chief Operating Officer, Airtel Bangladesh and Mashrur Arefin, Deputy Managing Director, COO and CCO, the City Bank Limited signed the agreement, says a press release.

As a special arrangement City card members can activate auto debit service for their Airtel bills. The auto debit service is called “Easy Pay”. The City Bank and Amex Card members who enroll into this “Easy Pay” service will gain 500 Membership Reward points. Common customers can also pay their Airtel bills though bill pay option.

Currently Airtel already has tie ups with Standard Chartered Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank Limited and Prime Bank Ltd. Customers of Airtel have the additional advantage of paying their bills through the DBBL  & Prime Bank ATMs as well. Airtel is committed to enrich customers lives by introducing innovative products and services for them. This recent tie up with The City bank is just another example of Airtel’s dedication to quality Customer Service.
