#HeForShe for workplace gender ratio
Bikroy increased its female employee ratio from 29% to 36% in 2016 as part of its commitment to the UN Women-led #HeForShe campaign. Earlier in 2016, the online marketplace was a signatory of the UN Women-initiated solidarity campaign for WEPs to establish gender parity. Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), is a global initiative developed in collaboration between UN Women and the UN Global Compact to raise awareness against gender disparity and leverage women empowerment.

Putra stadium now renamed Axiata Arena
Leading Asian telecommunications group, Axiata Group Berhad (Axiata) recently introduced Axiata Arena, Malaysia’s first corporate named stadium, in partnership with Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia. In a 10-year partnership, Axiata has secured the exclusive sponsorship of Putra Indoor Stadium to jointly work on the redevelopment and modernisation of the national venue.
Through the corporate partnership, Axiata Arena is set to be the crown jewel of KL Sports City, the redevelopment of the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex, when it reopens in July 2017.
