The 3rd Annual General Meeting of Meghna Bank Limited was held on March 28, 2016 at The Westin, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Bank Mr. H. N. Ashequr Rahman MP presided over the meeting.
Newly elected Vice Chairman Mr. Md. Yasin Ali, Former Vice Chairman Mr. Abdul Alim Khan Selim, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Mohammed Nurul Amin, All Directors and Sponsors of the Bank attended the meeting. In the AGM, 6 percent cash dividend for the shareholders of Meghna Bank was declared for the year 2015.
