DSC_7008Businesses require fast and effective tools for resolving disputes.  In keeping with the established practice in the developed and major developing countries, Bangladesh government has already brought about a number of amendments in a few important laws, incorporating provisions of mandatory mediation in civil and money loan cases. These provisions cannot be implemented in the absence of people’s awareness about the benefits of alternative dispute resolution methods- particularly mediation. BIAC is committed to providing to our businesses required infrastructure and facilities to take advantage of the above mentioned amendments. This Workshop is a manifestation of BIAC’s commitment in this respect.
