Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) Mr. Muhammad A. Rumee Ali and Director of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) Datuk Sandro Rajoo signed a Collaboration Agreement on behalf of their respective organizations and Ms. Rammit Kaur Charan Singh, Head of Legal Services of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) exchanged the Agreement with BIAC’s CEO in the office of KLRCA, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 13 May, 2016. This Collaboration Agreement is intended to explore areas for co-operation in respect of the use of facilities and services of both the centres on alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Ms. Singh expressed her gratitude for taking such initiatives of signing this agreement and helping both countries to work together for resolving commercial disputes between the business of both the countries.
Mr. Lee Yu Boon, Head of Business Development and Dr. Loannis Konstantinidis, Head of Investment Treaty Arbitration and International Law of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) were also present at the signing ceremony.
