However, the price of green chili continues to soar, selling at BDT 320 per kilogram, the same as last week. According to local traders, the high prices are due to limited supply. Murder case filed against Hasina, 100 others in Bogura

A murder case has been filed here against 101 persons, including Awami League (AL) president and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and former minister Obaidul Quader for killing a teacher during the anti-discrimination student movement. Metro rail operations not resuming Saturday

The metro rail operations will not begin on Saturday as planned because officials were unable to finish the necessary technical tests. Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd (DMTCL) said this in a press release on Thursday. No new date was mentioned for resuming operations.
