UNYSAB concludes Eid for street children event

Staff Reporter A massive event titled ‘Eid for Street Children’ has been organised by United Nations Youth and Student Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB), Chattogram division  held at Southern University in Chattogram on Sunday The event aims to bring smiles to the face of children in need on the occasion of Eid. The donation has been collected from April 9th which is concluded on April 15th, with both online and in-person fundraising initiatives. This year the celebration committee shopped for groceries for disabled families with children, residing near, Arefin Nagar, dirt depot under the Bayezid Bostami police station.

DPS STS Dhaka convenes inter-school coding competition: Crack the Code

DPS STS School Dhaka has organised an inter-school coding competition titled 'Crack the Code' for both senior and junior campuses. The first round of the competition was held on April 1, 2023, and will end today. The certificates and crest will be presented to the winners on May 4, 2023. Prior to the event, DPS STS teachers conducted a 3-days on-campus training session to prepare the students. The training took place from March 27 - March 29, 2023. A workshop titled 'Parliamentary Debate Workshop' organized by 'TARKIK' a debate club of the Department of Pharmacy, University of Asia Pacific in the capital with a view to helping young debaters in developing their skills.
