Four-day Digital World will begin on June 4 aiming to bridge up local and international entrepreneurs.
Nearly 400 entrepreneurs from home and abroad are expected to participate in the mega event.
Information and Technology Division of Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) jointly organised the event in city’s Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to open the mega event, BSS reports.
During the tech expo, 30 seminars and 20 technical sessions will take place where 30 ICT experts from 15 countries are scheduled to deliver speech.
BASIS Softexpo, mobile innovation expo and e- governance expo will be showcased in separate zones while IT job fare, e- commerce zone and business-to-business matchmaking will also be given emphasised in the expo.
Organisers expected that nearly one lakh people including ICT experts and students of different universities would visit the conference and expo.
The event will conclude on June 7.
