Rajendra Pangrekar joined Ericsson Bangladesh Limited as the company’s new Managing Director from February 2014.
While taking over the charge from the previous Managing Director Gary Dewing, Rajendra expressed his strong commitment towards communications technology industry in Bangladesh.
He said, “Bangladesh is one of the growing markets in Asia, and the youth is driving the ”Digital Bangladesh” towards that vision. We in Ercisson look forward to empowering Bangladesh with world class technologies and the platform to grow.”
Prior to joining Bangladesh office, Rajendra was the Vice President, Global Services Business Management (Africa) of Ericsson, Heading the Services Business Management for 42 countries across Africa.
Born in India, Rajendra is a British national with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications business in Europe, Asia and Africa.
