Genex Infosys inks deal with Telenor Myanmar

 Genex Infosys- the top BPO and IT Services Company announced that it has signed an agreement with Telenor Myanmar- the fastest growing Telecom Operator in Myanmar to provide Customer Experience Management Services. During the selection procedure, Genex was able to stand up to numerous international competitors. Genex aims to meet Telenor genexMyanmar’s specific requirements and contribute to improve quality of customer experience considerably and therefore enhance customer satisfaction remarkably.

A ceremony was held at the Head Office of Telenor Myanmar in Yangon recently. Petter Furberg, CEO; SharadMalhotra, CMO of Telenor Myanmar and Mohammad Adnan Imam, Managing Director & Prince Mojumder, Directorof Genex Infosys,were present at the Ceremony.
