ICC Bangladesh President Mahbubur Rahman, Vice President Latifur Rahman and Secretary General Ataur Rahman left Dhaka for Delhi (today) to attend 8th ICC Asia Pacific Regional Consultative Group Meeting to be held in New Delhi on 16 September.
ICC Bangladesh Vice President Latifur Rahman will also attend ICC Executive Board Meeting as its Member. They will also attend India Economic Convention jointly organized by ICC and India Foundation in New Delhi on 17 September. ICC Bangladesh Executive Board Member Kutubuddin Ahmed, BGMEA President Atiqul Islam and incoming Senior Vice President of BGMEA Faruque Hassan will also be attending the India Economic Convention.
ICC Global Chairman and Chairman of McGraw Hill Financial Mr. Harold McGraw III, ICC First Vice Chairman and Founder & Chairman of Bharti Enterprises Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, business leaders from Asia and the Pacific Region are expected to attend the meeting.
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi is expected to deliver the Valedictory address at the India Economic Convention, which will also be attended by the Union Minister of Finance and a number of Senior Ministers of the Government of India as well as business leaders from different countries will be attending. The theme of the Convention is: “Architecture for Growth”.
ICC Bangladesh Delegation is expected to return to Dhaka on 19 September.
