IPDC Finance Limited, the first private financial institution of Bangladesh established in 1981, signed an agreement with Narail Express Foundation on a three years partnership agreement today at Capital’s Westin Hotel.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Captain of Bangladesh Cricket Team & Chairman of Narail Express Foundation & Mr. Mominul Islam, Managing Director & CEO of IPDC Finance Limited signed the partnership agreement on behalf of their organization. Mr. Rizwan D. Shams, GM & Head of Business, IPDC Finance Limited; Mrs. Mahzabin Ferdous, Head of Corporate Communication, IPDC Finance Limited and other high officials from both the organization were present during the signing ceremony.
Later on a press conference Mashrafe Bin Mortaza said, “We see a dream of changing the education, health, ICT, tourism, culture and sports of the people of Narail through Narail 
Express Foundation. The foundation cannot implement this dream alone. I warmly welcome IPDC Finance Limited to help us in giving trainings to the talented players of Narail. I hope that, the relation with IPDC with Narail Express Foundation stays strong in future.’’
Mr. Mominul Islam said, ‘’IPDC Finance always try to support the projects which enables long lasting social impact. In our country, sometimes we lose talented players from grassroots level because of lack of proper trainings and opportunities. That’s why IPDC have partnered with Narail Express Foundation to build future talented players. We hope that someday the best player from rural areas will lead Bangladesh National Cricket Team through this partnership and we will be there for Narail Express in future. We are confident that, the way Mashrafe is leading the National Cricket Team, he will be able to lead this noble initiative the same way.’’
Under the agreement, IPDC Finance has committed to be a mutually exclusive partner in the Narail Express’s vision to provide sports training in the district. IPDC Finance will deliver all kind of support to Narail Express Foundation to ensure the best in class sports training facility in Narail. The foundation shall begin with a cricket and football academy in its initial stage. 60 students to be trained within the age group of 16 to 18 years. Besides, IPDC Finance shall be the mutually exclusive partner in the establishment of a gym in Narail.

Bangladesh ODI captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza founded Narail Express Foundation on 4th September 2017 for ensuring development of his home district.
