The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Bank Limited was held on May 30, 2016 at the ‘Police Convention Hall, Eskaton Garden Road, Ramna, Dhaka.
The Shareholders unanimously approved 19.5% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2015.
The Meeting was presided by Gazi Golam Murtoza Chairman of the Board of Directors, among others, Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman, Executive Committee & Chairman, Jamuna Bank Foundation, Engr. A. K. M. Mosharraf Hussain, chairman, Risk Management Committee along with other Directors of the Bank, Managing Director & CEO Shafiqul Alam, Company Secretary (Current Charge)M. A. Rouf were present.
