The Marcel Invitational International Rating Chess Tournament-2022, sponsored by Walton Hi-Tech Industries plc and organized by Bangladesh Chess Federation, will start tomorrow (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM at the Bangladesh Chess Federation Hall-Room.

bal Bin Anwar (Dawn), Senior Executive Director of WALTON Group, Masudur Rahman Mallick Dipu, Joint Secretary of Bangladesh Chess Federation and International Chess Arbiter Md. Haroon Or Rashid attended the press briefing and presented various details of the competition.
Chess players with a rating of 1800 or above who wish to participate will be able to submit their names tomorrow (Tuesday) before 12:00 PM with the prescribed entry fee in the playing room. The winners of the 9-day 9-round Swiss-League competition will be awarded cash prizes of one lac eighty-one thousand taka and Walton materials. Participating players are asked to be present in the playroom tomorrow (Tuesday) on or before 1:30 PM.
