Robi high value customers under Dhonnobad programme can now enjoy international standard courier service from UPS’s authorized service contractor Air Alliance Limited.
In this connection, Robi’s General Manager, Loyalty & Winbacks, Tawfique Imam and Air Alliance’s Director, Customer Service, Ms Faiqa Naser have recently signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
The exclusive agreement allows Robi’s Platinum Ace, Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver category customers under Dhonnobad programme to enjoy 50% discount on courier base rate and special student package. Robi subscribers can type CAT and send SMS to 1213 to know their category under the ‘Dhonnobad’ programme.
Robi’s Manager, Loyalty & Win-back, Casper Richard Roy and Air Alliance’s COO (SP), Saikat Chakrabarti; Manager-Alternate Sales, Ahsan Shameem; Manager-HR, Ms Shamim Akter and Deputy Manager-Marketing, Mehran Kamal were also present on the occasion.
