Pubali Bank Ltd (PBL) has donated 10 lac taka to Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) Research Centre recently as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Managing Director of Pubali Bank Ltd. Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury handed over the cheque to SUST Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Aminul Haque Bhuyan. Mentionable, Pubali Bank Ltd. Board of Directors is 
donating Tk-10 lac to the University every year as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility to promote the Reserch Findings of the University.
Speakers tanked Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, Chairman of Pubali Bank Ltd. for His donation to research activities of SUST. In his speech Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury said, “Financial institutions also have to come forward along with the Government to continue the Reserch Findings of the University. We are proud to give donation to the research sector of a university. He said, “Pubali Bank Ltd. has always spread its helping hands for the development of education sector. He highlighted the various socio-economic activities of Pubali Bank including education, research and assured everyone this field of co-operation will be widened in future.”
