Robi Axiata Limited, the country’s second largest mobile operator, officially inaugurated its flagship customer experience center – Robi Lounge – at the Jamuna Future Park on Thursday (May 15, 2014).
Robi’s flagship customer experience lounge has been designed to increase customer satisfaction by integrating sales and after-sales services in an open, friendly and comfortable environment.
In addition to handling all customer service inquires, the Robi Lounge is being positioned as a flagship sales channel, selling all Robi products and attractively priced handsets including data-related equipment together with the best after-sales service.
The Robi Lounge was officially inaugurated by Tan Sri Ghazzali Sheikh Abdul Khalid, Chairman, Robi Axiata Limited, in presence of Seiichi Ikeda, Hasnul Suhaimi, and Michael Kuehner, Directors, Robi Axiata Limited. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, COO, Robi Axiata Limited, senior officials and other distinguished local guests were also present at the inauguration.
The state-of-the-art design and modern equipment used in the center distinguishes the flagship Robi Lounge from other Robi Experience Centers. The lounge boasts a 138 inch big screen, to give customer a larger than life experience and also includes a café and a gaming center area for visiting customers. Moreover a special area, Ananya, has been designated to serve female customers.
The lounge features device kiosks and music stands and a browsing area for younger customers to experience Robi products. A ‘Shop-in-Shop’ has been set up for interested customers to find out more about Robi data packs and handsets. The lounge also has a 3.5G experience area for valued customers to experience the Robi 3.5 Network first hand.
Covering 6000 feet, the Robi Lounge is the largest telecom experience center at Jamuna Future Park.
