Robi Mini Walk-In-Center for better customer care

As a customer centric company, Robi has always been a leader in introducing innovative solution to ensure the best customer experience for its valuable subscribers. Opening up Mini Walk-In-Centers (WIC) is one of the latest measures taken by the company in this regard.

Mini WIC is an exclusive touch point from where customers can get all kinds of Robi sales and services which are presently available at Robi’s existing WICs. So in terms of service delivery Imagethere has no difference between Mini WIC and a regular WIC.  The only difference is that it comes in a relatively smaller size spanning across an area of 200 SFT to 500 SFT.

These Mini WICs are located at District, Thana / Upazilla level. On an average, more than 100 customers are being served every day at each of the Mini WICs. Though smaller in nature, the Mini WICs have a dedicated section for the subscribers to experience the smart device offers. Furthermore, these WICs are equipped with the latest auto-queue management system to reduce the customer waiting time and incorporates a mechanism to capture instant feedback on the standard of customer service provided.

Till date 11 Mini WICs have been inaugurated in Chittagong and Comilla regions. In Chittagong, the Mini WICs are located at Rangamati, Khagrachori, Bandorban, Shitakunda, Raozan, Keranirhat, Chokoria, Teknaf, Chittagong EPZ and in Comilla, they are located at Comilla Cantonment and Chandina. Robi is also planning to roll out this innovative customer care solution across the country.

These Mini WICs have managed to reach out to a large number of subscribers. As the company, consolidates its position across the country, these Mini WICs are helping to deliver extensive customer service at subscribers’ doorstep. Robi strongly believes that introduction of Mini WIC has further strengthened its reputation as a customer centric mobile phone operator.
