In this regard, Robi’s General Manager, Loyalty & Winback, Tawfique Imam and AirAsia’s only authorized GSA for Bangladesh, Total Air Services Limited’s Director & CEO, Morshedul Alam Chaklader have signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organizations recently.
This exclusive agreement allows Robi’s Platinum Ace, Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver
category customers under Dhonnobad programme to enjoy 10% discount on base fare along with priority check-in facility for Dhaka-Kulala Lampur – Dhaka route. Robi subscribers can type CAT and send SMS to 1213 to know their category under the ‘Dhonnobad’ programme.
Robi’s Manager, Loyalty & Win-back, Casper Richard Roy and Total Air Services Limited’s Directors’ Anwarul Abedin & Md. Atiqur Rahman (Masud) were also present on the occasion.
