Two senior leaders of Robi Axiata Limited were recognized as the most influential human resources leaders at the World HRD Congress 2016 held in Mumbai recently.
The awardees are Robi’s Vice President, HR Business Partnering Md. Faisal Imtiaz Khan and Vice President, Talent and Development Tauhidul Alam.

Faisal was considered to be among the 50 most influential Global HR Tech leaders while Alam proudly made his place among the 100 most influential HR leaders. Faisal was one of the distinguished speakers in the HR Technology Conference at World HRD Congress titled “How a Data-Driven Approach to HR Is the Right Medicine” that was held as part of the World HRD Congress.
With 14 years of professional HR experience, Alam’s expertise lies in strategic HR Transformation, Talent Management, Performance & Rewards and Employee Engagement. Tauhid is an SHL certified assessor and a certified trainer in Situational Leadership II by Ken Blanchard Company. He is also professionally involved in mentoring for talents and a facilitator of various leadership training programme. Under Alam’s leadership, Robi experienced increased talent engagement and retention, exceeded Globally High Performing Company (GHPC) norm by five percentage points according to Towers Watson Employee Engagement Survey.
Alam was one of the leading contributors to Robi’s transformation, implementing the company’s culture roadmap which has placed the company ahead of GHPCs today.
