The 9th extraordinary general meeting and 38th Annual General Meeting 2023 of State-owned Rupali Bank PLC was held in the conference room of bank’s head office on Sunday (25.08.2024). Md. Nazrul Huda, Chairman of the board of directors of the bank presided over the meeting.
Shah Alam, Additional secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance attended the meeting as a representative of the government. Mohammad Jahangir managing director of the bank delivered a welcome speech.
The directors of the bank were present at that time. The deputy managing directors of the bank were also present on the occasion. A significant number of shareholders attend the meeting.
