Aiming to create savings attitude among students through involving them in modern banking services and teaching kids about money management, Bank Asia organized a School Banking & Financial Literacy Program at Chhayanaut auditorium in the city recently.
Mr. Muhammed Zahirul Alam, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank was present as the Chief 
Guest while Ms. Indranee Haque, Deputy Director of Bangladesh Bank, Mr. Afzalul Haq, Senior Vice President of the Bank, Mr. Mohammad Belal, Executive Officer of Chhayanaut and Ms. Shabana Yesmin, Principal of Foundation School were present as special guests.
Mr. AKM Mizanur Rahman, Vice President of Bank Asia conducted the program. About 300 students of Nalonda Biddaloya and Foundation School along with teachers & parents participated the program. In recognition to excellent academic performance a total of 30 Smart Junior Saver Account Holders were awarded prizes and certificates.
Bank Asia has taken an initiative to organize School Banking & Financial Literacy Programs at its every branch allover the country following a directive from Bangladesh Bank.
